Darren has a surveying background and has been in family business from the beginning in 1992.Darren set up the Winnard Lettings Department and built it from the ground up.
When he's not in the great outdoors climbing mountains, he is helping the business scale to new heights.
As well as focusing on the overall development of Winnard Property Group, Darren provides sales and letting valuations and deals with all repairs and maintenance.
He negotiates dilapidations and solves any problems on our fully managed properties. Being a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor Darren advises on all aspects of improving the energy efficiency to ensure homes in the private rented sector meet minimum energy efficiency standards by 2030.
Darren’s 35 years of experience and his practical professional mindset helps to ensure that all our properties are looked after to an extremely high standard. Having extensive personal experience in building property portfolios Darren can also help investors build and expand their own portfolios.
