Refunds on overpaid fees, rents or deposits will be calculated on a pro rata basis. Each case will be assessed on its own merit and we reserve the right to deduct an administration fee from the refunded amount. Refunds will not be issued for those who break our Terms and conditions and Acceptable User Policies. Rent, fees and/or deposits will not be refunded should the amount paid be due under the terms and conditions of your contract and/or Tenancy Agreement.
We issue refunds by the following methods: BACs (Bank Transfer), Cheque / Account Credit, WorldPay refund.
Making a payment via WorldPay indicates your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
